Each creation is approached as potion, shaped slowly, with intention and care.
Cosmic Witch Society is the evolution of an experienced perfumery practice shaped over many years of working with scent in its many forms, from perfumes and ritual oils to incense, bath blends, healing herbal teas and botanical preparations.
It is the refined expression of that craft, where formulation, intuition, and material knowledge come together under a clearer creative direction. CWS is where this work in perfumery is expressed most fully, with intention, depth, and aesthetic alignment.
At its core, CWS is a study of scent as ritual and storytelling, drawing from folklore, mythology, witchcraft, occult and the natural world. Each creation is approached slowly and deliberately, with attention to ingredient, origin, and the emotional landscape it carries.
Nothing here is rushed or incidental. Our work with scent and design is shaped through time, experience, and close observation of land, of materials, and of the subtle relationships between them.
Cosmic Witch Society is not a beginning, but a continuation of a long-standing practice distilled into its most intentional form.

A Letter From Rhiannon
Cosmic Witch Society is the culmination of a lifelong practice, a space where perfumery, ritual, and storytelling meet through scent.
I am Rhiannon, founder of CWS, a practising witch, and a perfumer. My work is rooted in lived experience across scent formulation, Naturopathy, singing, songwriting, and a long-standing study of plants, ritual, and traditional magical practices.
My ancestry traces through Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, France, and Germany, and I was raised between Melbourne city and the countryside. That contrast between movement and stillness, industry and land continues to shape how I create. My earliest connection to nature came through horses, open landscapes, and a deep attentiveness to seasonal rhythm.
Cosmic Witch Society is created from a working apothecary practice, a lived, ongoing relationship with materials, scent, spirit and ritual. Each piece is developed slowly and intentionally, shaped by study, intuition, and a respect for the origins of the ingredients used.
I do not separate craft from life. CWS is the natural extension of how I live, a quiet, consistent practice of making, observing, and responding to the world through scent. I find a lot of inspiration through this and my travels.
At its heart, this work is about connection. To land. To memory. To story. And to the parts of ourselves that are often overlooked in modern life.
